About Our Founder
After graduating from college, Owner and CEO Jacob Bowen began his career with organizations ranging from private-sector firms to Fortune 500 corporations, where he developed the technical expertise, operational discipline, and leadership skills necessary to manage complex industrial projects and operations. In 2012, he launched Southway Contracting, LLC, assuming multiple roles in its early years— including engineer, project manager, estimator, and field support. His vision, discipline, and entrepreneurial drive laid the foundation for what has become one of the most respected industrial contracting firms in the Southeastern United States, built on reliability, quality craftsmanship, and integrity.
